Restoring a vintage Vespa or Lambretta is something that The London Scooter Bodyshop specialises in and we have been stripping, blasting, welding and respraying these Italian classic scooters for 20+ years now.
Whether you have a nice "runner" that needs some TLC or a rusty old "barn find" that has been rotting away for the past 30+ years we can certainly help you.
We will take a look at the scooter (photographs are fine initially) and work out with you the best plan of action to bring your bike back to life. We can even undertake mechanical work to and may work with our partners at Retrospective Scooters who are mechanical specialists when it comes to rebuilding the engines of these lovely machines.
There are lots of upgrades available at this point too like new electrics, disk brakes and even complete electrification of your scooter including a state of the art electric hub motor and hot swappable battery packs.
Our partners, Retrospective Scooters, have developed a completely reversible electric scooter conversion kit to bring your vintage scooter right up to date and make it both silent and zero emission.
